真空包装机材质均采用304不锈钢制作而成，材质的好坏，决定了设备的质量。尤其是酱菜类的产品，产品内含有酸碱性的液体，不会对设备造成腐蚀性，让设备生锈。延长设备使用寿命。

真空包装机操作简单，将装好的产品，摆放在设备上，按下真空盖体就可完成抽真空，工作完毕后，盖体自动弹起，重复下次工作过程。

真空包装机能够自动抽出包装袋内的空气，达到预定真空度后完成封口工序。亦可再充入氮气或其它混合气体，然后完成封口工序。真空包装机常被用于食品行业，因为经过真空包装以后，食品能够抗氧化，从而达到长期保存的目的。
