SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship FedEx Ground and deliver to street and business addresses. No P.O. boxes please. FedEx requires that we have a phone number in case they need to reach you for delivery information. We do not release your private information to third parties. Please inspect all shipments promptly and carefully. Merchandise damaged in transit must be reported to FedEx carrier immediately.

Because our products are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients, our products are made fresh for you to protect the integrity of the products. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Our turn around time is 3-5 BUSINESS days excluding shipping time. If we expect a delay we will contact you.
